Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Bee’s Wax Studio, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone on our cancellation list or book another client in your place.

Deposits are required at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent for the deposit, and appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice.
