Bee's Wax Studio Policies

We strive to make your experience at Bee's Wax Studio as smooth as possible. Please read our policies carefully before booking.

Booking & Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit is applied toward your service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a non-refundable deposit charge.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment: Deposit is non-refundable.

• No-shows: Deposit is forfeited.

• For cancellations after hours, please email beeswaxstudio@gmail.com.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to respect the next client’s time. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment if time does not permit.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if there is a no-show.

Appointment Reminders:
You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please keep your contact details up-to-date to ensure you receive the reminder.
